Ms. Moallemzadeh earned her Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree, summa cum laude, from the Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, graduating with the highest honors. She is admitted to practice in New York, before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, and the Supreme Court of the United States. She is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and remains committed to staying at the forefront of immigration law and policy developments.
